Implementing The Pacific Institute®’s curriculum with a charity that provides support and development, housing and accommodation and employability skills training for over 1,500 pan-disabled clients a year.
The Challenge
To help equip unemployed disabled clients entering Enham’s various vocational programs with skills for raising efficacy, effectiveness, motivation, attitudes and aspiration.The TPI Intervention
Investment in Excellence® and STEPS® rolled out to staff. Internal STEPS® and PX2® facilitators trained to deliver those programs to clients.Key Results
- Enham’s clients have reported becoming more aware of their own negativity and have changed this by harnessing the new skills developed through The Pacific Institute’s programs.
- STEPS® is a key element of Enham’s STEP2Employment program and part of the introduction to the year-long program within the first three weeks.
- PX2® has been implemented successfully with younger clients.
- Enham is leading the way in adopting the Level 2 Award in Developing Effective Thinking Skills (QCF), a national award that has been designed around STEPS® and PX2®.
